Asheville Geothermal designs and installs geothermal heating and cooling systems from FHP Manufacturing and ClimateMaster. The Tranquility TMW Series water-to-water heat pump is designed for radiant floor heating, potable hot water generation, industrial process control, snow/ice melting and other types of HVAC applications. It is available in different sizes ranging from 3 to 28 tons and capacities ranging from 13 to 100kW.
The Tranquility TMW Series water-to-water heat pump incorporates Copeland scroll compressors to provide ultra-quiet operation. There is a single side service access at the front of the heat pump for installing multiple units side-by-side. This heat pump installed by Asheville Geothermal is constructed with heavy-gauge galvanized steel and finished with polyester powder coating and its front access panels are made of stainless steel. It operates with extended temperatures ranging from -6.7 degrees Celsius to 43.3 degrees Celsius. The compressor compartment is fully insulated to provide silent operation.
The Tranquility TMW Series water-to-water heat pump is equipped with standard microprocessor controls having DDC or DXM controls as options. BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks and Johnson N2 compatibility are available as options for DDC controls. This heat pump has run and fault lights fixed at the front of the cabinet. The Cupro-Nickel heat exchanger and UltraQuiet sound-attenuation package are offered as options. The TMW340 model has dual independent-refrigeration circuits and top water connections.
