Bergamo Acquisition to Develop New Solar Power Project for the Republic of Lebanon

Bergamo Acquisition Corp. announced that the company will be developing a new solar energy project for the Republic of Lebanon. A key management team from the company will be traveling to the country this week to finalize the Letter of Intent (LOI) with the Lebanese government.

The meeting, which is scheduled to take place on 11th March 2010, will be attended by Haseeb Fatani and Salim Chamdia, Vice Presidents of Bergamo E & A, a Bergamo Acquisition’s 100% subsidiary. Suntrough Energy, Inc., a subsidiary of Bergamo will be represented by Fazal Chaudhry at the meeting. The solar power project, which will cost USD $500 Million, will be fully funded by the government of Lebanon as per the LOI terms. Bergamo E & A will provide technical support and will be developing the project on a turn-key basis for the Lebanese government.

The Lebanese government will issue a Letter of Credit to Bergamo E & A to support the company’s activities and involvement in the solar power project. Both the parties have agreed to all the terms prior to this meeting.
