APH Geothermal installs geothermal systems in residential homes, churches, curling rinks, staking and other businesses. The company installs geothermal heating systems manufactured by WaterFurnace. The Envision Console Series water-to-air heat pump installed by the company incorporates FormiShield air coil coating as an option to protect the heat pump against formicary corrosion.
The Envision Console Series water-to-air heat pump uses a compressor control module, and a Versatec microprocessor control as an option, as a standard control. It is equipped with an oversized coaxial heat exchanger, and an optional cupronickel coaxial heat exchanger to provide maximum heat transfer. This heat pump has a heavy-gauge cabinet with rounded corners made of galvanized sheet metal and white polyester powder coat finish. The interior surface of the cabinet is fully insulated with a thickness of 12.7mm. This water-to-air unit uses R410A refrigerant, which has non-ozone depletion feature.
The Envision Console Series water-to-air heat pump includes refrigerant piping vibration loops in 2-dimension to isolate the compressor for silent operation. It is available in different sizes ranging from 0.75 to 1.5 ton and in two configurations, namely, slope and flat top to suit various applications. The Envision Console Series model 15 geothermal heat pump has a flow rate of 450cfm. It is available in water loop heat pump, ground loop heat pump, and ground water heat pump versions. The Envision Console Series model 15 ground water heat pump has a cooling capacity of 16,200 BTU/hr with 22.0 EER and a heating capacity of 14,000 BTU/hr with 4.1 COP.
