The Sunrise solar submersible pump is a DC-powered solar water pump that operates directly with a 60V PV panel or a 48V battery.
Sunrise Solar Submersible Pumps
The Sunrise solar submersible pump is designed with a sealed piston pump mechanism and DC brush-type adjustable speed motor. It has a pumping capacity of up to 600 vertical feet. The submersible pump is made of metal, can run dry and tolerate sand, and can be fitted in a 4-inch well casing. The piston stroke of this solar pump is short and can reduce the diaphragm stress. The solar submersible pump includes only three moving parts such as brushes, pipes and a check valve. The brushes can be easily replaced without interrupting the wiring. The Sunrise submersible pump requires a 3/4" polyethylene pipe.
The Sunrise solar submersible pump includes a polypropylene well rope for safety rope. It incorporates a Sun Primer controller to start the motor and it helps in preventing the motor from stopping in low light conditions. The minimum submergence of the pump is 3ft and the maximum is 150ft.
