SolarAttic provides solar pool controllers. The GL-235 solar pool controller is capable of handling different models of pool heating systems. This controller comprises features such as calibrated temperature setting dial, automatic switch over option, automatic cooling and heating, LED indicators, recirculation freeze protection and terminal strip connections. The GL-235 solar pool controller can be installed with ease and incorporates a microprocessor-based construction. The automatic heating feature of the solar pool controller stops heat collection when the temperature of the pool exceeds the desired set temperature. In cases when the temperature of the pool is below the desired set temperature, the controller facilitates heat collection.
The automatic cooling option of the GL-235 solar pool controller facilitates cooling of the pool when the pool temperature is more than the desired set temperature. The lowering of the pool temperature below the desired set temperature eliminates the heat dissipation process. The required temperature conditions can be set with a single dial adjustment. The dial of the controller can be calibrated at temperature conditions ranging from 70 degree Fahrenheit to 104 degree Fahrenheit.
The recirculation freeze protection feature of the GL-235 solar pool controller protects the collector from freezing temperatures by enabling recirculation when the temperature of the collector increases to 42 degree Fahrenheit. The LED indicators of the solar pool controller from SolarAttic display the status of the controller. The GL-235 solar pool controller consists of diverter valves, sensors and actuators and is available in two different models – the GL-235-LV-HV and GL-235-LV.
