Econar GeoSource Geothermal Heat Pumps from Southern Geothermal Distribution Center

Southern Geothermal Distribution Center supplies ECONAR GeoSource geothermal heat pumps.  Econar manufactures geothermal heat pumps with variable cooling capacity.  This cooling capacity is achieved electronic refrigerant control and higher density air coil technology. Econar heating and cooling system is also known as cold climate geothermal heat pump.  The technology utilized in this heat pump helps to increase energy savings.

Econar produces three types of GeoSource 2000 heat pumps, namely, forced air heat pumps, hydronic heat pumps, and combination heat pumps. The forced air heat pump transfers heat from water to air. The forced air heat pump is installed indoors where the room temperature remains above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The unit is mounted on a pad that can absorb vibrations and the water supply pumps are not connected directly to the unit with a copper pipe.

The GeoSource 2000 heat pump is designed to operate on either horizontal or vertical closed loop applications.  The vertical closed loop is installed up to 200 feet depth with a well drilling rig. The horizontal closed loop is installed with trenching equipment to a depth of six to eight feet. The depth varies based on the length of the pipe and the location, for each location demands a specific type of earth loop.
