Synergy3D Series Geothermal Heat Pumps from Terralta

Terralta supplies and installs a range of geothermal heating and cooling systems manufactured by WaterFurnace. The Synergy3D Series geothermal heat pump uses R-410A refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion. It incorporates variable speed ECM blower motors and dual capacity Copeland Scroll UltraTech compressors. The compressors are fixed on double isolation plates to provide silent operation. This forced air heating system is equipped with a microprocessor control to sequence all components for optimum performance. This control also provides troubleshooting features using on-board diagnostics and fault lights.

The Synergy3D Series geothermal heat pump includes cabinets made of heavy-gauge metal with metallic coating. It operates in a liquid temperature from 20 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. There is an alert control module designed to identify and display any abnormal functions of compressors to provide easy maintenance and service. This multi-stage heating and cooling system includes a standard MERV 11 filter, filter rack and a FormiShield coated air coil. It is available in ground water heat pump and ground loop heat pump versions. The 049 ground loop heat pump version has a full cooling capacity of 44,600 BTU/h with 16.6 EER and a full heating capacity of 34,000 BTU/h with 3.7 COP.
