Solarage is a designer, builder and installer of a complete range of PV systems to suit specific applications of users. Solarage designs customized solar systems in accordance with the local building code and specification for wind load.
The residential photovoltaic system designed by Solarage includes solar modules, electrical panel, inverter, utility meter and utility grid. Solar modules can be installed either on a roof or ground to convert solar energy into DC power. When power is generated through solar modules, it is transferred to a device known as power converter or inverter. This inverter changes DC power into AC power, which is similar to the power sent from the utility grid.
Once the DC power is converted into AC power, inverter sends the power to the electrical service panel or breaker box. After reaching the electrical service panel, power is distributed to electrical loads such as light fixtures, appliances and receptacles. The residential photovoltaic system designed and installed by Solarage utilize an electric meter to transfer the excess power generated by the solar generating system into the grid. This process makes the meter run backwards and gain credits. The utility grid included with the solar photovoltaic system automatically supplies electricity during the day and at night when the demand for electricity is higher.
