Kyocera Solar offers KD215GX-LPU, a high-efficiency multicrystal photovoltaic module. The module is built using a new frame technology that makes the module more sturdy to withstand end mounting with 2400 Pa load. This module uses a demonstrated junction box technology for easy connectivity.
The KD215GX-LPU module has easy-to-reach foundation points on all its four corners facilitating quicker installation. The black anodized frame used in the module is UV stabilized and aesthetically designed. The plug-in connectors provided in the module locks securely and quickly offering safe connectivity.
The length × width × depth measurement of the Kyocera Solar KD215GX-LPU module is 1500 mm x 990 mm x 46 mm and weighs 18 kg. The number of cells per module is 54. The junction box used in the module has dimensions of 100 mm x 108 mm x 15 mm and use IP65 as IP code. This solar module is designed to offer a Pmax of 215 W (+5 /-0 W), a Vmpp of 26.6 V, an Impp of 8.09 A, a Voc of 33.2 V, an Isc of 8.78 A and a maximum system voltage of 600 V.
The Kyocera Solar KD215GX-LPU module is manufactured under vertical integration process allowing total control during the manufacturing process. The module is NEC 2008 Compliant and meets the quality standard requirements of UL1703, IEC 61215, and Class C.
