At the 27th Cleantech Forum scheduled to be held in France during April 26–28, Stockholm Business Region will host the Energy-Saving Cities - Smart Buildings & Integrated Urban Infrastructure seminar.
The forum will witness the gathering of topnotch global and European cleantech companies, innovators, investors, government officials and CEOs. Stockholm city is the recipient of the European Green Capital for 2010 award from the EU Commission.
During the seminar Stockholm Business Region’s CEO Olof Zetterberg; Senior Policy Advisor in charge of interregional co-operation and urban development of Office of the President of the Région Ile de France – Nicolas Buchoud; Sustainable Technologies Fund’s Investment Director and Founding Director André Heinz; and Sustainability & Climate Changewill, WSP’s Director Peter Sharett will discuss on the challenges and achievements of energy-efficient, sustainable cities and urban development.
The seminar will dwell on areas such as the use of green technologies for developing a sustainable city; the lesson for Pairs and other cities from Stockholm; and different ways in which cities and companies can develop smarter buildings.
