We design, manufacture and support advanced equipment sensing and analysis products, including on-line oil debris sensors, torque measurement sensors, turbine blade health sensors, and at-line oil analysis systems. Based on our core competencies of machinery analysis, modeling and simulation, software engineering, condition monitoring and repair and overhaul, the company also provides a range of specialized technical and engineering services to assist in the design, development and in-service support of machinery control, monitoring and maintenance systems.
Our industry solutions are found wherever equipment applications demand the highest standards of safety, reliability, availability and cost-effective operations.
Our depth of experience includes critical rotating equipment such as gas turbine engines found in aviation, marine, power generation and gas compression applications, diesel engines in marine and railway applications, and gearboxes in aviation, marine, wind energy, and industrial applications.
Gastops has responded to industry needs by applying our equipment condition analysis engineering capabilities to develop and execute aircraft fleet maintenance programs which transform maintenance from the traditional approach based solely on scheduled maintenance routines to a more cost-effective condition based approach, utilizing integrated monitoring technology and engineering analysis to trigger maintenance when it is required, and not before. This approach has also exposed the company to industry need to provide niche high performance, responsive, locally based maintenance, repair and overhaul services for high value third party aviation components. Our passion, broad experience and innovative approach to equipment support is the core of all our industry solutions – Long Live Equipment.
