Integrated Electrical Services, Inc. (or “IES”), an infrastructure services company with leading positions in a broad range of markets for electrical and communications products and services, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of the Acro Energy group (or “Acro”), a residential solar energy integrator.
