PV Powered offers the PVP5200 String Inverter. The PVP5200 inverter incorporates a PV system disconnect meeting UL 98 standard. This inverter is housed inside an NEC compliant wire race way with more room for installation.
The wire raceway extends a single point connectivity for wires from the utility service and PV array. The raceways optimal knockout locations offer choices for side, back and bottom entry with minimum level conduit bending thus saving on installation time and material costs. The side by side mounting enabled by raceway offers cleaner cost effective installation and reduces the need for additional equipments.
The switch mechanism included in the inverter meets UL 98 standard. The single AC/DC switch incorporated in the module is clearly visible and can be locked in OFF position. The direct to wall surface type of enclosure included in the module design allows simple access and easy installation. The PVP5200 string inverter offered by PV Powered comes with factory integrated AC and DC PV system disconnect and includes NEMA 3R steel enclosure and wall mounted bracket. The height x width x depth dimensions of this inverter with disconnect is 35 in. x 18-1/8 in. x 8-5/8 in. and weighs 162 lbs. This inverter offers a continuous output power of 5200 W, weighted CEC efficiency of 96%, a maximum DC input voltage of 500 VOC, a DC voltage operating range of 240–450 V, a minimum DC voltage of 255 V, a maximum DC current of 22 A, maximum AC continuous current of 23 A, a nominal AC voltage of 240 V, an AC output voltage range of 211–264 V, a AC frequency range of 59.3–60.5 Hz.
This module is IEEE 1547 and FCC class A & B compliant and meets the requirement of UL revisions.
