Shanghai EnYang Solar Technology offers the Sapphire Series integrated solar water heater. The solar water heater is available in four models with 120, 150, 180 and 225 L tank volume ranges.

The heaters are available in the integrated non-pressure resistance solar water heater and the separated pressure resistance solar water heater models. The heat collecting tubes incorporated in the heaters are made of high quality borosilicate glass, given special heat collecting coating and withstands a vacuum pressure of 1/10,000 Pa. The heat tubes are manufactured utilizing advanced manufacturing techniques and strict quality control.

For the purpose of preserving the generated heat the Sapphire Series integrated solar water heaters utilize polyurethane foam material of 55–60 mm thickness. The heat insulation is performed by utilizing a computer controlled intelligent automatic closed loop production system. The foam is inserted in the insulation space by utilizing high pressure and steady temperature to make the insulation complete without space for efficient heat holding. The control system allows harnessing of solar energy even during overcast conditions. An optional magnetized dirt proof feature is available with the system to magnetize the water and keep the water clean without dust.
