ET Solar Modules Clear PID Test

ET Solar Group Corp. ("ET Solar"), a globally leading solar one-stop solution provider, today announces that it has passed the Potential Induce Degradation (PID) test for PV modules conducted by Photovoltaic Institute Berlin ("PI Berlin"), a renowned third party PV laboratory in Germany.

At PI Berlin, electrical performance tests are conducted to assess PV module power degradation before and after the modules are placed into testing chambers. If the degradation is less than 5%, the modules are considered Class A-"PID free" modules.

ET Solar modules have been tested under the PID condition of "-1000 voltage grounding via frame, 85°C, 85% relative humidity, 96-hour period", which is one of the most rigorous industry testing standards. The result showed that ET Solar modules are "PID free" with a power degradation of only 0.3%.

Mr. Dennis She, President and CEO of ET Solar, commented: "We are very proud that our modules have passed the PID test. It demonstrates our persistent and strong efforts on product design and quality assurance as solar markets become more and more diversified and industry standards  increasingly stringent."
