We are pleased to announce that The Budd Group has been awarded for the third consecutive year the ISSA Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (CIMS-GB) certifications with honors.
ISSA, the Worldwide Cleaning Industry Association, created the CIMS and CIMS-GB certifications to recognize cleaning service providers who are committed to excellence, customer satisfaction and the delivery of environmentally preferable services. The Budd Group is thrilled to be a part of an elite group of just over 120 cleaning companies in the world to receive this recognition.
Having undergone a comprehensive assessment of our management structure and operations, including green cleaning practices, The Budd Group successfully demonstrated compliance with the five core principles of CIMS and CIMS-GB:
- Quality systems
- Service delivery
- Human resources
- Health, safety, and environmental stewardship
- Management commitment
In addition, the Green Building certification (CIMS-GB) demonstrates that The Budd Group has established its capability to provide green cleaning services and help customers to achieve points under LEED-EBOM, the LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance Green Building Rating System.
