Global Clean Energy and Full Circle Renewables Partner to Develop Waste to Fuels Projects

Global Clean Energy, Inc. (the "Company"), an alternative fuels development company Global Clean Energy, Inc. (GCEI) announces a joint venture with Full Circle Renewables, LLC (FCR), Fresno, California to jointly develop a number of waste to fuels projects including the utilization of FCR's anaerobic digestion technology, funding support and methane off-take agreements for multiple sites controlled by GCEI.

Additional projects will consist of plastics to fuels projects on sites controlled by FCR. "The symmetry to which this JV works, benefits both companies as each provides the missing pieces to successfully complete GCEI's waste to fuels projects under development in North America," says Steven Mann, Chief Development Officer for Global Clean Energy, Inc.

Full Circle Renewables LLC, is a turn-key energy project development company that focuses on medium to large utility scale projects with developmental experience in both solar PV and biogas and other waste to energy projects. "FCR is pleased to be working with GCEI's development team to expand and supplement FCR's current developments in North America," says Jim Quan, CEO of Full Circle Renewables, LLC.

Further, GCEI will contract and assign project engineering management to its technology partners and global EPC firms. GCE will no longer have to absorb project engineering overhead for its rubber, plastics, wood and automobile recycling recovery technologies. Therefore, the previously announced appointment of Louis-Philippe Senécal, as chief project engineer is no longer necessary and will be contracted to GCE's system integrators and independent EPC firms.
