The Hyperchill Plus-E range is an environmentally friendly solution, meeting the requirements laid out by the European F-Gas regulation (EU 517/2014) and ECO design regulation TIER 2. Hyperchill Plus-E is also an Industry 4.0-ready product with integrated MODBUS RTU, which ensures system monitoring for all sizes.

Some additional functions, compared with previous ranges, include the use of a lower Global Warming Potential (GWP) refrigerant: R513A, belonging to Safety Class A1 according to ISO 817. Thanks to its non-flammable properties, this GWP refrigerant allows indoor and outdoor installation without any additional safety risk and installation, maintenance or transportation cost.

The range now includes new extended models up to 120 kW, all designed with a non-ferrous hydraulic and a large built-in water tank to provide stable working conditions. Extended standard operating conditions to a maximum ambient temperature of up to 48 °C on standard units, with tropicalization and low ambient options, ensure reliable operation even in extreme ambient conditions. Each individual Hyperchill Plus-E unit is extensively tested to guarantee efficient operation and reliability in all working conditions.

Filippo Turra, Senior Product Manager – Refrigeration & Chiller Products, of Parker’s Gas Separation and Filtration Division EMEA, said: “We are excited to introduce Hyperchill Plus-E to the market. They are engineered with R-513A refrigerant, a safety class A1 non-flammable low GWP refrigerant with a climate impact 65 % lower than other refrigerant presently used in the industry. Its robust design and high-quality, high-performance components allows for stable working conditions at different loads, reliable operations at extreme ambient conditions, very low energy consumption, improved energy efficiency and productivity, and reduced production downtime and operational costs. The availability of a wide range of accessories and options makes Hyperchill Plus-E a very flexible solution that fits the cooling needs of all industrial applications, protecting customer investment and the environment.”
