KACO Solar manufactures residential grid-tie inverters and off-grid inverters. The reCUBE off-grid system is designed for remote regions. This mobile power supply unit operates with renewable energy sources. This off-grid system utilizes a PV generator to convert sunlight into electricity and stores it in the battery bank. This system also includes a wind generator to provide electricity at night or during low solar radiation.
The reCUBE system is equipped with a stand-alone K 3000 inverter that has a peak power capacity of 9kW. This K 3000 inverter is designed to resist overload and can handle high temperatures. This off-grid system includes one turbine that has 759W capacity, six modules having a total capacity of 1,750W, pole for mounting turbine, inverter and battery that has 420Ah. It is capable of providing 5kWh per day and 1,000kWh per year. The maximum output of the PV generator is 1.4kW and that of the wind turbine is 0.75kW at a wind speed of 9m/s.
The rated output of the reCUBE off-grid system is 3kW. This system provides pure sine-wave output voltage. Its maximum power efficiency is above 95%. The terminal and power socket are used as internal and external connections, respectively. This off-grid product measures a height of 1,980mm, width of 1,950mm and 1,910mm.
