Each tracker of the T252 model comprise a self-contained microprocessor designed for attaining correct position. The company can provide a combination light sensor-calendar system to assure alignment if the module system uses lens systems or parabolic mirrors. The calendar-data positioning program keeps the tracker system in a steady position throughout the day. Dual tracking system’s combination light sensor-calendar system ensures that the module surface is aligned in a one degree positioning to face the sun.
The T252 dual axis solar tracking system’s mast is made of steel pipe. Its standard height is 3m and diameter is 27.5cm. The tracker head of the tracker is made of fabricated tubular steel frame. The Azimuth rotation of this tracker is 270 degrees and the tracker can elevate in a tilted angle from 15 degrees to 90 degrees. This solar tracker provided by Galaxy Energy is equipped with an Azimuth drive, which has a combination of worm gear drive and DC motor. It weighs up to 620kg without foundation and modules.
