Vitosol 300 Vacuum Tube Solar Collectors from North Solar Energy

The vacuum tube solar collectors and flat plate solar collectors from North Solar Energy are designed for solar water heating systems. The Vitosol 300 vacuum tube solar collector, with its Sol-Titan coating, can also use diffused solar radiation to heat water.  The Vitosol 300 vacuum tube collector can be used for domestic hot water applications and also as a backup for central heating purposes.

The Vitosol 300 vacuum tube solar collector is made of corrosion resistant  materials such as solar glass, stainless steel and copper. The solar collector supplied by North Solar Energy incorporates vacuum collector and Sol-Titan coated absorber. The Duotec wrap-around pipe heat exchanger encloses the condenser completely, which allows better heat transfer. The condenser is connected to the vacuum tube through a corrugated pipe made of stainless steel.

The Vitosol 300 vacuum tube solar collector has dry connection that enables individual tubes to be mounted and disassembled without draining the solar heating system. The Viessmann plug-in system can be utilized to connect a number of collectors to create one collector panel using 65ft2 to 6m2 total surface areas. This solar collector is available in two models, SP3-2m and SP3-3m. The SP3-2m model has a height of 1996mm, width of 1419mm and depth of 122mm. It weighs up to 45kg.
