SunSil to Introduce the SunSil Integra Solar PV System

SunSil Photovoltaic Products will be introducing its advanced solar PV systems at InterSolar during June 9 – 11, 2010. These systems, targeted at both residential and commercial markets, are likely to increase yields by around 30%, in addition to decreasing initial costs.

Presently available conventional solar PV system’s architecture is not effective in increasing yield under various conditions all through the day. The SunSil Integra Solar PV System’s architecture integrates every component of a conventional PV system into a single 230 V 300 W AC module utilizing software, micro-inverter and embedded electronics for harvesting the maximum yield of electrical energy from the sun all throughout the day under any condition.

Present solar panels are made using ‘strings’ of solar cells. These solar are series-wired; therefore if any of the cells is shaded or weaker, the energy output of the entire string can reduce drastically. SunSil Photovoltaic Products reduces every six-inch square solar cell into microcells. Each microcell is controlled and monitored by the patented Dynamic Microcell Optimisation technology of SunSil Photovoltaic Products in order to achieve maximum output for the entire SunSil Integra Solar PV System.

The integrated architecture of SunSil Photovoltaic Products means the product can be easily assembled in few processes by using a high-throughput and fully-automated production line that has four to six times the output of conventional PV module assembly lines.
