OG 300 Certified Solar Domestic Hot Water Packages from Schüco

Schüco offers OG 300 certified solar domestic hot water packages. The thermal packages are available in II-80 and III-120 configurations under slim line and premium line product ranges.

The solar collectors utilized in the packages are made of tempered glass and covered by half inch thick frame for maximum protection. The frame covering the solar collectors is made of corrosion-free rigid aluminum. The exclusive type of absorber coating used for the collectors enhances the heat efficiency. The tightly packaged collector modules have an easy flow control and are protected from leaking.

The water tank utilized in the package can be easily installed and it incorporates a cold water inlet and a hot water outlet, a relief valve, and an anode rod at the top position of the tank. A 4500 W heating element, a temperature and pressure relief valve and a sensor thermo well are included to manage the water heating functions. The double wall heat exchanger utilized in the module has a vented design for easy leak detection. The solar station included in the package incorporates pump and valves in a single structured prefabricated package and this station can be operated from the ground.

The SolarEZ mounting system utilizes cut to size ezRails and stainless steel hardware for easy, faster and long-lasting installation. The ezFlush-mounts available with the package allow installation of collectors very close to the roof. The other available optional features include charging station for easy quick start, collector strap for easy handling and an insulated double pipe line set and connection kit for quick connecting of collector array and solar station.
