Lamprell Energy Builds Jackup Vessels with Voith Schneider Propellers

Each of the vessels measure approximately 131 meters in length and 39 meters in width and use an input power of 11.4 MW. The vessels weigh approximately 5300 tons and use an operating platform measuring 3200 square meters.

First Wind Inaugurates Construction of Kahuku Wind Project

First Wind has inaugurated the construction of its Kahuku wind project slated to have a 30 MW capacity. This is one of the largest wind energy projects on the utility scale to be launched in Hawaii with Oahu’s north shore as the project site.
