Soitec Enters Contract with U.S. DoD’s ESTCP for Fort Irwin 1 MW Solar Project

Soitec (Euronext), a world leader in generating and manufacturing revolutionary semiconductor materials for the electronics and energy industries, announced today that a contract has been signed with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) for a 1 MWAC solar project at Fort Irwin, California.

Nice-Pak Plans 855 kW Roof-Top Solar Array Installation at Orangeburg Headquarters

Teijin Provides ECOPET Recycled Green Carpet for Tokyo International Film Festival
